17th Edition Wiring Regulations.

The 16th Edition Wiring Regulations has been long overdue for an update, and here it is – The 17th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations BS 7671.
All domestic and industrial electrical installations and wiring must conform to these regulations and, in order to align with European documents, the 17th edition contains some substantial changes over the previous edition.

This latest edition of the wiring regulations, distinguished by it’s red cover, is produced by the Institution of Engineering and Technology, otherwise known as The IET.

All those involved in the maintenance, installation and/or design of electrical installations or wiring in buildings will be affected by the 17th edition wiring regulations.
